Select Apply for this home if you want to request a viewing, or Rent Now if you want to proceed directly with the home.

Create your account

Enter your details and create your secure tenant account.

Complete verification

Provide the requested information and upload your identity document.

Review your documents

Your contract and invoice are prepared from the selected home and application.

Complete the payment step

For Apply for this home, only the viewing fee shown on your invoice is due at this stage. The viewing fee is fully refundable. For Rent Now, there is no viewing fee and you proceed directly with the rental.

Upload your payment confirmation

Follow the payment instructions on your invoice and upload your payment confirmation securely through your tenant account.

Confirmation & next step

Once your payment confirmation is accepted, your account is updated and you receive confirmation by email. For a viewing application, an agent contacts you to arrange the viewing. With Rent Now, you proceed directly with the rental.

Two ways to secure the home.

The payment step depends on whether you want to view the property first or move directly to renting it.

APPLY FOR THIS HOME

View first, then move forward.

You can request a viewing before committing to the rental. At this stage, you pay only the viewing fee shown on your invoice.

Viewing fee: fully refundable.
No rental payment at this stage: the viewing fee is the only amount due for the viewing request.
After payment confirmation: a ProTrader agent contacts you to arrange the date and time of your viewing.

RENT NOW

Take the direct route to the home.

If Rent Now is available on the property, you can choose to proceed directly without scheduling a viewing.

No viewing fee: the viewing step is skipped.
Direct rental: continue with the rental documents and payment process for the selected home.
One clear journey: your contract, invoice and next steps remain connected to your tenant account.

Important: The exact amount and payment instructions are always shown on your invoice for the selected home and rental option.
